Winter is Coming! December 10, 2015 Although no one is complaining that the warm weather continues to linger into mid-December, we are busy hard at work behind the scenes preparing for the upcoming cold weather. The boilers are all prepped, serviced and ready to go but when the temp. hovers around 50 degrees, the thermostat does not always call for heat. Please call the office if there is an issue. Snow Melt is in storage and the shovels and plows are checked and ready to go. Please remember to check the batteries in your smoke detectors, flash-lights and other safety items. If you are bringing a holiday tree into or out of the building, you can ask the Supt. for a large trash bag to minimize pine needles and other debris from getting all over the hallways.
