Our goal is to ensure that our clients' requirements are satisfied in a proficient and cost effective manner.

Founded in 1977 as Metzger & Topper Realty by Marilyn Topper and Jerry Metzger, the firm quickly became one of the area's leading sales and rental offices. As many of Long Island's multi-family dwellings converted to Condo and Co-op ownership, Marilyn Topper decided to put her expertise in building operations to use and in 1980 began managing her first properties.

In 1992, Jerry Metzger retired and Brian Topper, Marilyn's son, joined the firm. Brian is a New York State Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Finance. In 1993, the firm changed its name to Topper Realty Corp. and, in 1998, Sharon Topper, Marilyn's daughter, also an Attorney, joined the firm. As the company expanded, Fred Brandenberger and Barbara Ruotolo were added to the staff as Property Managers.

Today, the firm is the area's largest Property Management firm and, in 2012, in order to better reflect it's operation, the company has been separated into two divisions, Topper Realty Corp., providing sales/rentals brokerage and TRC Property Management, handling all aspects of Condo and Co-op services.
