The fourth of July! July 6, 2017 Its been an exciting summer so far and lots is happening! Most importantly, we just had a great 4th of July with the Long Beach fireworks coming up this weekend. We would like to remind everyone that if you are doing work on your homes, whether you live in a house, a condo, or co-op, it probably requires a Licensed Contractor and a Permit from the local Building Dept. Please don’t forget to get your completed jobs inspected and your permits closed. The only thing worse than trying to close out an old open permit is trying to get a new permit for old work.
